You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return (when the product is NOT used.)

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our side, customers are responsible for return shipping.
Once you request a return, we will:

Send you the calculated return shipping cost for approval

After approval, email you a return link

Deduct the return shipping from your refund once we receive the product
Returns delayed due to customs clearance are not considered valid reasons for refund.
Damaged / Wrong Items
If your product arrives:

We will cover return shipping.
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval.
Upon approval:

Refund will be sent to the original payment method within 7 business days

Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (unless it was our error)
Processing times depend on your bank/card provider.
Return Denial
LYVON reserves the right to refuse:

Returns that do not meet our return policy

Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly and cannot always guarantee changes after purchase.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please reach out immediately at support@lyvon.com, and we’ll assist if the order has not yet shipped.
