You deserve peace.
You deserve rest.
You deserve to feel like yourself again.

Lyvon was created for women who feel overstimulated, overwhelmed, and burnt out — women who keep showing up for everyone else, even when their nervous system is begging for support.

Why We Exist

We started Lyvon after seeing the same pattern over and over again:
Women feeling anxious, wired, exhausted, unable to sleep, and emotionally overloaded…
and being told:
“Just relax.”
“Try breathing exercises.”
“Maybe drink less caffeine.”

But the problem was never a lack of discipline.
The problem was a lack of nervous-system support.

When we learned how deeply magnesium affects anxiety, stress, sleep, muscle tension, mood, and nervous-system balance — everything changed.

We realized:
