We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth and transparent as possible.

100-Day Return Policy

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be complete
• All parts must be included
• Packaging must be intact

(Used is not acceptable)

How to Request a Return

Include:

• Your order number
• A short description of the issue or feedback

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our side, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Once you request a return, we will:

1. Send you the calculated return shipping cost for approval
2. After approval, email you a return link
3. Deduct the return shipping from your refund once we receive the product

Returns delayed due to customs clearance are not considered valid reasons for refund.

Damaged / Wrong Items

If your product arrives:

• damaged
• defective
• incorrect color / variant

We will cover return shipping.

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval.

Upon approval:

• Refund will be sent to the original payment method within 7 business days
• Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (unless it was our error)

Processing times depend on your bank/card provider.

Exchanges

To exchange your product for a different variant/color:

Email us at support@lyvon.com

Once approved:

• You will receive an invoice for the return shipping cost (and any price difference if applicable)
• After payment, you will receive the return link
• Once returned and approved, you will receive store credit to reorder

Return Denial

LYVON reserves the right to refuse:

• Returns that do not meet our return policy
• Returns submitted outside the 100-day period
• Returns sent to any address not provided through our return process

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly and cannot always guarantee changes after purchase.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please reach out immediately at support@lyvon.com, and we’ll assist if the order has not yet shipped.
